Alive and kicking. It hasn't been since my last trip that I posted this much. Anyway, this morning was boring we presented on our heifer projects and had a little biosecurity presentation which happens to be one of my areas of interest and therefore it was old hat. I say that knowing that in every presentation you will come away with something new or something that you forgot. This afternoon we went out to the south farms and then to Calyx star farms http://www.cattletoday.com/calyx_star/ The owner was great fun and I wish we could have stayed for dinner but nope instead I get to write to yawl. Tomorrow we start at 7:15AM and head out to PLI (prarie livestock inc.). It should be interesting.
