I'm about to rant about one of the worst companies in the US.
I've never met a company which was so unhelpful, non-service oriented and totally destroys the functions of their products prior to sale.
They only have one useful aspect and that's service area.
If you haven't guessed the company yet. It's VERIZON WIRELESS. I have no idea how a company which is so ridiculously poorly managed when it comes to customer service can survive in todays marketplace.
All I can say is thank goodness I'm living overseas and will shortly be able to clear ourselves from the insanity that is Verizon.

PS. DO NOT BUY STOCK IN VERIZON
