Interesting

I was just looking at some of my archived pictures from past travels when I ran across one of the most interesting creatures that I have photographed. I don't know if I should ID this for you all or make it a challenge picture. I think I'll do the latter and you can tell me (though I think the name of the animal is in the file name but try not to cheat). Anyway, if you look at the lower jaw of this animal you'll see why its unusual.
