Protecting the FOB is a challening job. Especially when all you have to do it with is blanks.
Oh, my does running with a litter hurt. When you do enough carries consecutively with 180-220 pound people who are wearing LBE and carrying M-16's you start to get woosy from extreme muscle fatigue.
2nd Platoon group picture. We called this our militant picture with all of our weapons pointed at the sky in a not so usual carry position.
The hot rod of the Army. It's the Stryker (hooah). This one's a medical (duh see the big red cross) stryker. They are a wheeled armored vehicle kind of like a tank but they move a lot faster and smoother.
